Food Hygiene

In our laboratory Karlsruhe we offer consultation and analyses for all food hygienic-microbiologically relevant issues. Microbiological food testing is carried out according to §64 LFGB (Lebensmittel- und Futtermittelgesetzbuch), as well as according to the valid DIN standards.

We guarantee a high level of quality through the use of constant internal and external quality controls as well as the continuous further training of our employees. The accredited examination methods are constantly revised and updated in accordance with the respective legal framework conditions.

The following analyses are carried out and confirmed after cultural cultivation with biochemical and serological methods:

  • For meat and cutting plants we offer sampling and examination of carcasses according to DIN standard and EU regulation 2073/2005.

  • EHEC (PCR) according to the applicable DIN standard and EU Regulation 2073/2005
